Terms of Use / End-User License Agreement

This internal tool ("App") is developed and used exclusively by Deer Track Design LLC for internal QuickBooks Online data management. It is not distributed to or used by any third parties.

1. Permitted Use

This App is authorized for use solely by the owner and authorized representatives of Deer Track Design LLC. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

2. QuickBooks Online Data

The App accesses QuickBooks Online data through the Intuit API under the terms of the Intuit Developer Agreement. All access is limited to the company accounts owned by the authorized user.

3. Limitation of Liability

This App is provided for internal use only. Deer Track Design LLC assumes full responsibility for its use and any changes made to QuickBooks data through the App. All changes are logged and reversible via the built-in rollback system.
