This Privacy Policy applies to the internal QuickBooks Online integration tool ("App") operated by Deer Track Design LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), used solely for internal bookkeeping and tax reconciliation purposes.

1. Information We Collect

The App accesses QuickBooks Online accounting data including transaction records, account balances, and financial reports through the Intuit API. This data is used exclusively by the owner of the QuickBooks company for internal tax preparation and bookkeeping correction purposes.

2. How We Use Information

Financial data accessed through the App is used solely to:

• Review and correct transaction categorizations
• Reconcile bank statements with QuickBooks records
• Prepare accurate tax filings

We do not sell, share, or transmit any financial data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Transaction backups are stored locally on the owner's personal computer and are not uploaded to any external server or cloud service beyond Intuit's own platform.

4. Third-Party Services

This App uses the Intuit QuickBooks Online API. Use of QuickBooks Online is subject to Intuit's Privacy Policy.
