Start with the page you send to a friend. Can they repeat what you do after one read?
This is a working question, not a promise of a result. A useful page gives the reader enough context to decide whether the next step fits.
Look at the public surface
Open the page on a phone. Find the offer, service area, proof, contact path, and the words a customer would actually use.
Change one confusing thing
The owner check Make the smallest clear edit first, then re-read the whole route as someone who does not know your business.
Keep the record honest
Check the link, form, response path, and source record. If an outcome or release status was not supplied, label it HOLD / not supplied.
